Here's How the baseball subscription process works.

  1. After you place your order at our website, you will receive confirmation in your email verifying your order.
  2. We will ship your order within 3-7 days via USPS Priority Mail.  Typical mailing time is 3-5 days after it leaves our warehouse.  
  3. You will receive the box and scream with excitement!

Shipping Policy

  1. All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail.  
  2. Once items leave our warehouse it is the customer's responsibility for lost and misplaced mail.  You must contact the postal service. 

Managing your Subscription

  1. Click to manage your account by clicking little guy in upper right corner.
  2. Login if prompted
  3. At the top left under our logo you will see "Manage Subscriptions"  
  4. Click there and you will see all your subscription info.

Hassle FREE Cancellations

  • Shop with confidence as our subscriptions offer Hassle FREE cancellations.  If at any time you wish to cancel, you can manage your own account or simply email us and we will get it done for you.  
  • Subscription must be canceled by the 15th of the month.
